本項(xiàng)目海問(wèn)業(yè)務(wù)組由國(guó)際合伙人陳敏律師（Isaac Chen）牽頭，經(jīng)辦律師包括高級(jí)律師何卓恒（Henry Ho）、程穎（Raeka Cheng）及律師助理景璇池（Xuanchi Jing）。
Under this collaboration for capital increase, Ageas will subscribe for approximately 10% of the enlarged share capital of Taiping Pension with an investment of RMB1.075 billion. Upon completion of the capital increase, Taiping Pension’s registered capital will increase to around RMB3.333 billion, with Ageas having the option to further increase its shareholding to a maximum of 24.99% in the future.
