Sherry is a former long-standing partner at Linklaters with nearly 20 years of industry experience and is widely recognised as a market leader in international debt capital markets. She has been consistently ranked by Chambers Asia-Pacific and The Legal 500 for her expertise in structured and complex debt offerings. Sherry’s practice stands out not only for the depth of her product knowledge, but also for her active role in market development. She has contributed to various regulatory reform consultations led by the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) and China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), and has collaborated with NAFMII, offering expert advice to support the development of the panda bond market. Sherry is dual-qualified in Hong Kong and England & Wales.

Leeza is dual-qualified in Hong Kong and Singapore, and was recognised as a Singapore Rising Star by Asian Legal Business in 2024 for her outstanding capabilities and commercial acumen in complex financings.
