Haiwen & Partners LLP is pleased to announce that two experienced Hong Kong capital markets specialists, Chaobo Fan and Crystal Liu, have recently joined the firm as partners in its Hong Kong office. Both Mr. Fan and Ms. Liu focus on Hong Kong equity capital markets matters, including IPOs and follow-on offerings. They have extensive experience across a broad range of sectors, including consumer retail, technology, healthcare, financial services, industrial, and real estate. Mr. Fan and Ms. Liu also regularly advise on cross-border public and private M&A, as well as post-listing compliance matters for Hong Kong listed issuers. Prior to joining Haiwen, they were both partners in the corporate department of the Hong Kong office of a renowned U.S. law firm.

樊律師于2009年獲得中國政法大學法學學士學位，并于2010年獲得紐約大學法學碩士學位。樊律師擁有香港及美國紐約州雙重執業資格。
Mr. Fan received his LL.B. from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2009 and his LL.M. from New York University in 2010. He is dual-qualified in both Hong Kong and New York.
劉律師于2010年獲得北京大學法學學士學位，2012年獲得香港大學法律博士學位，并于2013年在香港大學以優異成績完成法學專業證書課程。劉律師是香港執業律師。
Ms. Liu received her LL.B. from Peking University in 2010 and her J.D. from The University of Hong Kong in 2012. She also completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (with distinction) at The University of Hong Kong in 2013 and is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
