Mr. Zheng is admitted to practice in New York State and Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in Hong Kong IPOs and other capital markets transactions. He has long acted as issuer’s counsel on Main Board IPOs of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is experienced in clearly presenting issuers’ business models, competitive strengths and growth strategies in prospectus to help the issuers achieve effective market communication and recognition.
