Ms Xu joined Haiwen & Partners in 2011 and has been working there ever since.
In the area of General Corporate matters (A-share compliance), Ms. Xu has provided comprehensive and multi-dimensional A-share Securities compliance services from the perspectives of listed companies and investors for many well-known clients. Standing from the perspective of listed companies, Ms Xu has been serving as the long-term legal adviser of several companies since 2011, including: Sinopec (A+H), Tsingtao Brewery (A+H), ICBC (A+H), New China Life Insurance (A+H), PetroChina Petroleum Service (A+H stock), China West Electric (A-share), Hualian Stock (A-share), G-bits (A-share), Sinopec Refining and Chemical Engineering (H-share), Harbin Electric (H-share) and so on. Ms Xu provides legal services such as company governance scheme design, compliance consulting on information disclosure, preparation of information disclosure documents, daily compliance training and regulatory response for these companies; Standing from the perspective of investors of listed companies, Ms. Xu has been serving long-term clients including Hillhouse Investment, Taikang Asset Management, Huaxing New Fund, Spring Capital, Singapore Temasek, HuaNeng Trust, China Life Investment, MediaTek, Goldman Sachs China, Morgan Stanley, HSBC Qianhai Securities, China Mobile Investment, Cofco Capital and so on. Ms. Xu provides compliance analysis, scheme design, transaction negotiation, agreement drafting and modification, preparation of information disclosure documents and regulatory response services for these clients. Therefore, Ms. Xu has accumulated rich practical experience in information disclosure, company governance, shareholder equity changes, employee incentives, and secondary market transactions for listed companies and investors.
